![]() I have always considered all of our pets, members of the family. After all the unconditional love and devotion they shower us with, how can we not mourn for them the same we do when a human passes. Just like people we lose, I believe our pets should never be forgotten, their personality, their funny quirks, everything they ever did to make us smile. Since we've opened Furry Fanatics, the one thing I've noticed, is how people light up when they talk about their animals. Whether past or present, nothing makes a person smile like talking about their furry children. Tim & I lost our oldest dog, Jake, about four months and our second oldest baby, Gracie, just last week. Not an easy couple of months for sure. We thought it would be nice to start a Memorial Page on our website in their honor, that people could go to, post a picture of their pet/pets they've lost and share what they want to with others. It can be just a picture, a funny story or your fondest memory. We're going to get you started with what we consider, two of the best dogs to ever walk this earth, Jake & Gracie. Best friends while we were lucky enough to have them in our lives and I pray, running in fields together somewhere once again, waiting on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge for us.... |
